2.We work till client’s satisfaction. Our service is intellectual property to pix2reel.com and no projects are alike. We therefore offer number of revisions depending upon the package you choose.

3. The time line of the 1st draft will be released in the number of business days from the time we collect any additional project related information once the project is submitted online. In case of natural disasters and unforeseen circumstances there may be a delay and we can accordingly offer compensation or discounts to counter on case by case basis.

4. The project we create is pix2reel’s intellectual property. We could utilise part of your clip or montage for our promotional purposes via various social media channel.

5. If the online transaction fails due to not following instructions such as uploading data over 1024 MB or providing compatible data format then the responsibility lies with the customer to contact us advising of the situation and we will work towards resolving the issue manually.

6. Even through we have firewall and antivirus program on our servers and system but in case your data is corrupt or virus affected then we claim the rights to seek compensation.

7. You can upgrade the project type by paying the difference in the package price.

8. We work with 3rd party Photo and videographers and pix2reel will not get involved in issue resolution or compensation and you have to abide by their terms and conditions.
